This enables us to promptly provide our customers with suitable solutions. We can create custom-made products starting from a single unit, and for larger series, we develop a prototype first.

Plastic welding techniques according to DVS standards

Using plastic welding techniques, we manufacture pallets, pallet boxes, and stackable containers in any desired size. The welds we create are as robust and strong as the rest of the product. We adhere to DVS standards for welding. DVS is the international standard for joining specialists; a benchmark for the quality of welding. Each year, the welding techniques of DVS-certified companies undergo scrutiny. This means that the plastic welding techniques we employ to produce our custom pallets, pallet boxes, and stackable containers always comply with DVS standards.

Custom welding work

We produce custom plastic pallets, as well as pallet boxes and stackable containers with non-standard dimensions, in-house. As a result, we can deliver from as little as a single unit. To create a double or triple pallet, we connect two or more pallets to form a single large pallet deck. Virtually any desired size is achievable. The rejoining of multiple plastic pallets is done using the mirror welding technique. A particularly strong and hygienic weld is created with a butt welding machine, ensuring a durable connection between pallets or pallet parts. Examples of our customization include the duo and trio pallets, stackable containers with non-standard dimensions, and custom pallet boxes with funnel bottoms or XL sizes.

The quality of customized welding

Using plastic welding techniques, a pallet, pallet box, or stackable container can be expanded or reduced in size without compromising the stability and quality of the product. The plastic product that has been welded to the desired dimensions forms a single entity. The stable construction remains intact, preserving the load capacity and impact resistance of the pallets, pallet boxes, and stackable containers. The weld seam that joins, for example, two pallets is as strong as the rest of the pallet. Furthermore, the weld seam is hygienic and neatly finished, preventing any chance of dirt or moisture ingress.
