First choice for maximum hygiene
The fully enclosed and smooth HB3 pallet box in size 1200 x 1000 x H790 mm is designed for spaces where hygiene is a top priority. Due to its unique construction method, in which two molded parts are welded into one unit, the number of reinforcement ribs is minimal. This results in the underside of the sandwich base and the runners being completely smooth and closed. Contamination and bacteria have no chance to thrive, and the HB3 is easily and quickly cleaned manually. The smooth, straight inner walls make drying and emptying the boxes exceptionally straightforward.
Robust and durable
The new HB3 excels not only in terms of hygiene. The double sandwich base is exceptionally stable and load-bearing, with a capacity of up to 1000 kg, twice the standard pallet box capacity, preventing any sagging of the base. The lower part of the side walls, corner and center posts are double-walled, providing extra protection against collisions with forklift forks. Solid wear strips, as thick as 5mm, reinforce the three pallet runners, preventing wear and breakage at these often vulnerable points. The runners have high dimensional stability, allowing the pallet box to be tilted without issues. Thanks to the stable runners, it can also be used perfectly on, for example, chain and roller conveyors.
Reuse
In the production of the HB3 pallet box, only high-quality new HDPE is used. This can be recycled and reused at the end of its lifecycle.

Numerous additional options
For an even more efficient use of the HB3 pallet box, several additional options are available. For instance, the load capacity can be further increased by integrating three reinforcement profiles into the base. Additionally, a matching lid for the box is available. Moreover, the box allows space for printing, such as logos, texts, or numbering. It is also possible to install an RFID transponder. Thanks to the integrated 1” or 2” threaded outlet, a ball valve or shut-off valve can be easily attached. The pallet runners can optionally be equipped with Palgrip® anti-slip for extra safety in pallet racks and improved traction on chain and roller conveyors.
