Description
Europallet type D1 ECO (1200 x 800 x H 150 mm) made of ECO-regenerated material, with extra high raised edges (22 mm) along the deck, instead of on the deck. This results in a useful deck size between the edges of 1200 x 800 mm. The D1 ECO europallet is made of high-quality regranulate material and is extremely suitable as a drip pallet, where crates are placed upside down on the pallet. Also ideal for transporting VDA KLT automotive bins. Equipped with 3 pallet runners lengthwise, bottom blocks, and open ribbed pallet runners. Static load capacity is 5000 kg, dynamic 1000 kg, and in pallet racks 400 kg. The load capacity can be upgraded to 1250 kg in racks upon request.

Properties
- Made of ECO material: suitable for packaged foodstuffs.
- With extra high raised edges (22 mm) along the pallet deck, instead of on the deck, resulting in a useful deck size between the edges of 1200 x 800 mm.
- Stackable containers can be stacked upside down on the pallet and safely transported, even without securing the containers with straps.
- The pallet is also highly suitable for transporting VDA KLT automotive containers.
- High load capacity, upgradable to 1250 kg in pallet racks using reinforcing profiles in the deck, even later (ask our product specialists).
- RFID technology can be easily integrated into the pallet, even retroactively. The integrated holder for RFID tags provides durable protection against external influences.
- Pallet runners of the D1 ECO are chamfered on both sides for handling equipment.
- D1 ECO is extra strong due to the angled connection of the pallet runners with the blocks. Breakage at these sensitive points is thus minimized.
