Plastic fish fillet tray / herring cleaning tray (600 x 370 x H 215 mm - 15 liters). Comprised of a hygiene tray (15 liters) and a detachable plastic fillet structure. The hygiene tray is smooth and easy to clean. The fillet structure consists of a blue plastic worktop with an attached white raised plastic edge. The plastic worktop is equipped with a waste disposal opening at the rear right. The waste disposal opening of the fillet structure (Ø 100 mm) can also be placed at the front right or at another position on the worktop. You can find our fish fillet trays wherever quality products need to be prepared hygienically and efficiently.

Properties
- The base of the fillet tray is a white 15-liter hygiene tray (order number 93.3118.1001; see "Related Products").
- The fillet structure consists of a solid blue worktop (HDPE) measuring 580 x 360 x 20 mm.
- The waste disposal opening Ø 100 mm is positioned at the rear right. For alternatives, see "Options."
- The fillet structure is detachable.
- The enclosure is made of solid 10 mm natural white plastic. Height: 100 mm.
- The enclosure is screwed onto the worktop on three sides (in stainless steel).
- Entirely smooth and hygienically finished, making it easy to clean.
