HB3 plastic palletbox – 1200 x 1000 mm – 3 runners – red

The new innovative HB3 stands for Hygiene Box and Heavy Box. In use, the box is similar to an ordinary rim-stackable pallet box, but then exceptionally smooth and hygienically constructed. The seamless design, the flat smooth inner walls and the virtually lack of external reinforcement ribs make the HB3 easy and quick to clean; also manually. The double sandwich base is extremely stable and prevents sagging and deformation, giving the HB3 box a huge load capacity of 900 kg. The three pallet skids are closed at the base because of a welded massive wear strip of no less than 5 mm, so there is no chance of dirt accumulation and sanding through at this point. The construction of the skids is the same as that of our acclaimed H-pallet series and can serve as a reference for the strength and lifespan of the HB3 at this often critical point. Tilting the box using a rotary pallet fork is therefore no problem at all. In short, the ideal pallet box for logistics applications in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry and everywhere where high hygiene and safety standards are of great importance.
