Nestable plastic pallet – 1200 x 800 mm (9 feet)

Sustainable and optimal use of storage and transport space requires space-saving load carriers that are robust and durable at the same time. With the new NP1 Europallet, our range has been expanded with a nestable, lightweight and robust plastic pallet made of high-quality polyethylene that meets these requirements.

The NP1 lightweight pallet in euro dimensions (1200 x 800 x 146 mm) is made in one piece using injection molding technology. The pallet stands on nine stepped legs. Thanks to the advanced stacking system, the NP1 plastic pallet has precise and safe nestability and effortless manual nesting and denesting. Recesses in the deck edge above the entry openings on all four sides simplify denesting with forklift trucks. Weighing 8.5 kilograms, the fully recyclable NP1  provides reliable stability and durability for universal and everyday use.

The NP1 plastic pallet also features an edge and two integrated slots on each of the long sides, allowing cargo wrapped in stretch film to be secured.

The nestable NP1 pallet is suitable for multiple use and has a static load capacity of 2500 kilograms and a dynamic load capacity of 1000 kilograms. Two optional reinforcement profiles increase the bending stiffness in the longitudinal direction when used with forklift trucks or pallet trucks; the addition of optional RFID transponders turns plastic pallets into traceable 'intelligent' load carriers. The NP1 has a temperature resistance of -30°C to + 40°C, briefly up to +90°C (cleaning).
