XL plastic palletbox – 1200 x 800 mm – with funnel base and slide valve – on 2 skids

DUO Big Box pallet container with funnel bottom (1200 x 800 x H 1245 mm - 850 liters). Two standard plastic pallet boxes stacked on top of each other, with the lower one equipped with a funnel bottom. It features a bottom outlet centrally located in the pallet box. In the lower part of the pallet box, a tapered hopper bottom is welded with an opening of 120x120mm (adjustable). This opening is closed by a sliding valve that can be operated from either the long or short side as desired. The Big Box with its smooth, funnel-shaped interior is ideal for controlled dosing of dry bulk materials such as granules, seeds, grains, dry animal feeds, pellets, and other small components. Thanks to the sloping bottom, the product flows easily out when the sliding valve is opened, eliminating the need for tilting and dumping. The container is also suitable for use with food products. However, this DUO pallet box cannot be used for liquids and moist products unless a plastic liner is used.
