Plastic export pallet – 1200 x 800 mm – 3 runners – lightweight

Our plastic export pallet (1200 x 800 x H 170 mm) in lightweight version is a pragmatic transport pallet for single or extensive use, developed for the hassle-free shipment of packaged goods abroad. As a plastic pallet, it is free of wood components and therefore ideally suited for export, without the requirements and treatments associated with wooden pallets. The pallet is fitted with three skids for stable support of the load and smooth entry with the forks of a forklift or pallet truck. The raised deck border keeps the load centred on the deck, preventing goods from shifting or sliding off the pallet during transport. In addition, the pallet is nestable, allowing empty units to stack compactly into one another during return transport and storage, taking up a minimum of space. In terms of load capacity, the pallet offers a static load capacity of 2500 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 1000 kg, giving the lightweight version ample reserve for loading with packaged goods. The temperature resistance ranges from -20°C to +60°C, making the pallet reliably deployable in both refrigerated and warmer environments. The pallet is manufactured from MIX regrind, a high-quality recycled material with excellent material properties at an attractive price, making it a responsible choice for export applications where the carrier is not returned. Please note that this version is not food-grade and is therefore intended for use with packaged products.
